i mean it can be a legit art style but only if done on purpose. It just looks sloppy. I would clean it up a bit while still keeping the same theme to it.

I love your game man. Really. Even if sometimes it was really difficult. I will suggest to remove the car coming just at the beginning of the game. 99% of people who will try the game will lose a life (a key) because of that car. I think it's too soon to put a car coming to hit you ;).
