Hey, great remake and great start to the tutorial.

P.s. one small addition to request, and thats add a restart button on the game over screen :)

nice game, thanks for learning us too , i don't know is that a bug or problem or you made it, in like half of the game i took the big cion (that let me kill the enemy) the problem when i kill the enemy it doesn't go to the enemy spawner so is that normal??

@AJTilley You can press "R" to restart at any time... you're right, I should make that more clear with a message or a button. Thanks for the suggestion!

@zsangerous You're right, it is a bug. I'm still trying to to figure out which situations that happens and then maybe that will help me fix it. If you're interested, take a peek at the capx file and let me know if you have any ideas.

stemkoski i liked the game, the capx is too complex for basic you made the game with some weird stuffs but i really liked the capx thanks again,

by the way i found the bug , made variable for bigdot , made some stuffs in events and done ,
the bug is when the enemy get eaten they can come back when we eat the bigdot so i fixed it...

While writing the tutorial, I had a flash of inspiration to simplify the grid-based movement code (replacing lots of instance variables with bullet behavior and the System Wait action). As a result, the code has gone from 82 events to 70 events and should be much, much easier to understand. Let me know if there's anything else I can simplify, and thanks to you all for your comments!

thanks for that you re-made the capx ^^ as i saw on capx its too complex while its just 1 level really weird ^^ some people made a full a game with much less complex than this.

keep the good work , i wish in new capx that have no bug ^^ can you put it in the arcade so we can find if there is a bug or glitch so that you fix it before you finish the tutorial ^^

@zsangerous The game currently posted in the arcade is compiled from the new capx file, I hope that it doesn't have the same bug as before, if so let me know. Part 2 of the PacMan tutorial is now posted, which explains how the grid-based movement works. Enjoy reading and playing, and as always, suggestions are welcome and always appreciated :)
