lol, blackvikinggames this is a pretty cool little game :)

I did have a problem moving the boat at times though. It didn't seem to respond when I used the arrow keys.

Have you thought about maybe adding some Cajun style background music? I think it would enhance the game play. Also if you could add some kind of blood splatter animation effect when you get a head shot would be awesome :D along with maybe making the gator you just shot disapear after the blood animation.

These are just some suggestions. Other than that Nice job :) Fun Game! :D

Good game mechanics. Its hard to tell weather or not i'm hitting the alligator in the head. I would just tighten up the graphics and make it a little more playable. Otherwise gg

The framerate suffers badly in this game right now, I would check that things are getting destroyed outside the layout, bullets etc... any time you translate a full screen graphic every tick it drops the framerate a lot. Try an animated texture instead, like you might make a few frames using the offset filter in photoshop to simulate translation. Aside from optimization issues, the game play is a cool idea, people who are into the whole swamp loggers etc... will totally dig that theme. You have a bit of work, but it's a real solid start:) Cheers!

i like it i would add some deliverance style banjo music to it and make an blood splatter when u get a hit

Nice idea! I found I could get a negative number of bullets (not that they did me any good ;) - so it should stop the count when it gets to zero. I'd go along with a couple of earlier comments: 1) hard to get the boat to move 2) hard to know if you're hitting the head.

Nice game!! A few 'bugs' I noticed though were that if you ran out of bullets, then the Restart button kept replicating itself - slowing the game down quite a lot. A similar thing is happening with the boat noise I think, if you hold a key down it keeps playing the noise, rather than just looping it, which is making the game stutter a bit =)

I also agree with the previous comments about making some sort of impact splatter for when you hit the alligators, and perhaps showing the boats health/bullets left in a graphical way? That's probably just my personal preference though. Overall, good work!

The bugs are being worked on. Thanks for the ideas and comments. I will also look and commnet on every person's game that comments on mine!

Ahh the restart button keeps spawning over and over and making my PC laggy! realy fun though!
