Yes! If you are an officially recognised educational institute in your country, please send us an email to support@scirra.com detailing how many machines you want to install Construct 2 on, and details of the institute you work for.

Construct 2 can be portably installed. This means installing Construct 2 on multiple machines is very easy to do.

We would love to get Construct 2 in schools, therefore we can usually offer very generous discounts.

Our forums are a great place to get help. It's a friendly and welcoming community. The How Do I... forum is the best place to ask how to do something in Construct 2 if it hasn't already been asked. The How Do I FAQ lists the most frequently asked questions in this forum.

If the bug has already been posted please update with more relevant detail if necessary, a new post is not required.

The license file will show the name of the person who paid for the license, unless the license was purchased with gift options in our store.

We are unable to change the name on the license. However, as long as it is only you using the license it does not matter! You are allowed to use the license.

Licenses are sent to your Paypal email address. Make sure you are checking in that inbox, and also have a look in your spam folder as sometimes it can appear there.

If you still can't find it, login to Paypal and find your transaction ID for the payment you made to us. If it's an e-cheque transaction, these can take up to 10 days to clear! As soon as the payment has cleared your license will be dispatched to your Paypal email address.

Can I use my standard license on multiple computers?
Yes! As long as it's only you who uses the license this is fine. We allow you to install on as many machines as you want. Standard licenses are per user. Read more about how Construct 2 license work here.

Will you be making a Mac version?
We're well aware of the demand for a Mac version of Construct 2 but don't currently have the time or resources to undertake the project. Why didn't you write Construct 2 to run in a browser?
We felt it was best to go with what we are most experienced in, which is Windows Application development. How much longer will the early adopter deal last?
