hmm, I've missed that while looking through effect..


EDIT: actually, i just looked into a Tulamide effect, witch looks the same but behaves different

Tulamide had made this effect already. I think he called it zoom blur. Apply to object or layer and hit preview.

Radial Blur effect

Parameters:
- Blur Strength


It starts from the center of the layout.
Blur Strength can be set to negative or positive numbers.
