Not yet, they will include node-webkit includes node.js which is better than Awesomium and is capable to export for windows, mac and linux |

The demo worked great here. As a "native programmer" (C++, Objective-C, etc) I'm really excited to change the way I produce games and exporting a binary file is the last thing I need before choosing Construct2 completely.

.exe is the export which people have been really holding back moving from CC to C2. Can't wait for this!

Hi, i might be being stupid and i am sorry if i am, but does this exe wrapper mean i can download the zip file and then run it on my computer without needing any internet connection e.g. it wont try to connect when i first run it or anything. If so that really is awesome and i really cant wait till r100.
Just wanted to double check :) |

Thank you :)
I'll test again in August then. Now with at least some way to export to .exe, C2 gets more interesting to me. That's my motivation for asking and hoping it will work reliably.

@tulamide - it should be working on XP, we definitely want to keep supporting the OS. I think Awesomium have already fixed a crash on exit problem, so hopefully the r100 release won't have this issue.

Sorry for bumping @Ashley, but I think it's worth to look at. I don't mind if it isn't meant to work on WinXP, I'd just like to know.
