Robot 505 is a fast action single player retro platformer set in the near future. You play as a Robot named 505 that has turned on fellow robots and begins his quest to save what's left of mankind... Their brains.

** This is a scoreboard test - updates to follow **

** This game is a Work in Progress **
* I did notice an issue running at full screen on an i3 with integrated video.
* Final game platform targets : Windows, Mac, and Linux

It's 4 levels - Level 1 (+ Mini boss) Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 (+ Boss). At the end of main boss level - game will repeat and you will be on round 2 - 1st level. Difficulty ramps up each level along with un-lockable weapons.

    doesn't start on chrome. Trying to hit 'A' nothing happens on menu. I just can scroll between start and Quit with arrow keys.

    + Awesome Feeling / Feedback on shooting
    + Excellent Pixelart
    + Very nice Sfx and Music
    - Keys (x and z) (Not very comfortable on a germany keyboard) had no gamepad either

    Very impressive graphics, great mechanics overall, but I have a few points to raise.
    - I do think there should be more checkpoints. The enemies themselves were manageable, but then there's instant death from the ceiling-mashing-things, and from falling.
    - If you'd like to term this a "fast action" platformer, I think falling damage shouldn't be a thing at all - at least not to the point of being fatal!
    - Also, awesome elevator music.

    Thanks for playing & for feedback! Fall dmg (death) will likely be removed. It's not 'fitting' as well as intended and levels have changed a lot since I first began development. I Will have to put more thought into checkpoints and level progression (comes up a lot) - I may utilize the holo-spawns as checkpoints.

    Regarding fall death perhaps a slight and limited jetpack type upgrade that provided the robot with a quick hovering ability would in my opinion add a dimension to timing out killshots on hovering enemies as well as having the ability to hover (if earned) before experiencing fall damage. Great Work!
