• Can I pay via bank transfer?

  We accept bank transfer payments in £ GBP, $ USD and € EUR. To pay by bank transfer, please email support@scirra.com with your full name and billing address to make an invoice out to. Please note, only Construct 2 licenses can be purchased via bank transfer.

• Does the license last forever? Are updates free?

  How Construct 2 licenses work

  Yes! The license is a one off purchase. It lasts forever, and we do not charge any recurring fees. All future updates to the Construct 2 editor are free for life. For more information please read about how Construct 2 licenses work.

• Have you found a bug in Construct 2?

  What to do when you find a bug

  Please read how to report bugs then post it to the bugs forum if it is a new bug.

  If the bug has already been posted please update with more relevant detail if necessary, a new post is not required.

• I've paid for Construct 2 but haven't received it

  When you make a purchase

  When you make a purchase from our store, you will be emailed a redeem code. You need to follow the instructions on the redeem code page and enter your code. Once the code is entered, you will be able to download your purchase.

  Didn't receive the redeem code by email?

  Don't worry! Simply send an email to support@scirra.com with your payment details and we will be happy to lookup your redeem codes and email then to you personally.

  E-cheque payments

  If you paid by e-cheque, it can take up to 10 working days to clear the payment. Once the payment is cleared, you should automatically be sent your redeem code. IF you have not been sent your code and the payment has cleared, please email support@scirra.com.

  Any other problems with your purchase

  Please email support@scirra.com along with your transaction ID and username (if you have them) where we will be more than happy to help you with any problems you experience.

• I've lost my license!

  I've lost my license and need it!

  Don't worry, you can download your license again easilly! Simply login to your account and visit your store purchases page. You should then see your license file which you can download again.

  I can't see my license on the "My Purchases" page!

  Customers who purchased their licenses before the new store (Around July 2012) will not see their license on the "My Purchases" page. To get a new copy of your license sent to you, please email support@scirra.com with your payment transaction ID. We will then be happy to send you your new license.

• Where can I download my assets? (Sprites, music, sounds etc)

  To download assets

  Each purchase of a Construct 2 license comes with assets which can be downloaded to help you make games! To download your assets, login to your account and visit your store purchases page. By your license, there is a link to download the asset bundle. Click this button to download them!

  I can't see the asset download button!

  If the link to download assets isn't showing on your store purchases page, open Construct 2 and click the blue 'i' symbol top right inside Construct 2 (the about dialog). In the popup window, there is a link to download the assets as well.
