[154] Tilemap Crash

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the tilemap bar.
2. Select a tile.
3. Remove a tile with right-click.
4. Lock layer containing tilemap.
5. Close tilemap bar.
6. Click on the tilemap object in the layout window.

Observed result:
Construct 2 immediately crashes.

Expected result:
Construct 2 not to crash.

Browsers affected:
N/A

Operating system & service pack:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, Service Pack 1.

Construct 2 version:
Release 154 64-bit.

Ah, sorry, you're right. After selecting a tile you need to remove tiles from the layout. Didn't realize I'd forgotten that one. I've edited the post now.

That did it :)

Although I think you still missed a step, as you cannot remove a tile until you've added one,so I added a few first. Unless that was what you wanted, i.e. try to delete a tile even though there isn't any?!

Anyways, still totally crashed out for me, so I'd call it confirmed, at least for us.

Yep ok, granted you'll need to place something first. My mind is on the Ludum Dare. =]

Exact Same issue for me, any steps we can take for now so we can delete tiles without a crash?

EDIT: Yes using the eraser tool doesn't seem to cause the crashSecondDimension2013-12-14 15:21:21
