Get help using Construct 2

I want to create my first game, its going to be a 2D pixel shooter/platformer that changes the graphics depending on how many levels you have done.
If anyone knows how I do something like that?
It would help alot. Also I need help on a health meter and an inventory screen. Thanks in advance.

For the different graphics you could give each object a different frame in an animation for each level going from lowest to highest. Then, have a global variable called level (starting with 0) and whenever the graphics need to improve, you set each of the objects animation for to the variable level.
