360 physics rotation!

Welcome everybody. I got amazing conception for game, but I don't know how to make 360 rotation with physics behavior relative to mouse cursor? Any examples, or something? Thanks!

Do you mean Like rotating the object in an angle of 360 like a weel
that turns on the ground with physics behavior, so if there are bumps/blocks on it's path it will stop or bounce back?

Yes, exacly. But with Physics behavior. Roatation towards to mouse, are you understand me? I don't want normal angle rotation, but with physics torque.
