on the "problem" layout theres two 3d boxes. Lower is fine, higher is broken.

On that broken 3d box turn on "z buffer" in the object properties.

The problem is that I want them to not be on top all the time. In runtime, it looks like they are always on top.

On the cap there is a "noise" effect that supposed to be on the top always. there is also a flashlight (not a light object) that supposed to be ontop of the 3d boxes, but the 3d boxes are not darkened (because most of the "flashlight" is almost completely blackGranhunter1012011-07-02 03:38:04

make another layer on top, and move your noise object there - if it's at the very top it will always be in front of everything

you can do the sam thing with flashlight.

...i don't want to be rude or not polite but that flashlight it's just stupid... if you can hold on till tomorow, i will send you easier, better looking and "not so big sprite!!!" way for that kind of effects.

ow, and your game looks quite nice!
