A question about making save files...

For questions about using Classic.

For one, is an .ini file the best, or only way to go? I remember using a .ini file on Multimedia Fusion and was wondering if save files could be done differently on Construct. Preferably in a way that makes it so that no one can just open the .ini up and alter the values. ^^;

Under the System object there is an action to save/load save files called "Save/Load to disk". This basically takes a snapshot of the whole game, so everything is saved. I think the only way to alter them is using a HEX editor.

Data can also be stored and saved in an array if .ini is not to your liking...
