Adding a layer

For questions about using Classic.

How do I add a layer in a layout?
I already did this before, since I have 2 layouts on 1 layout, but I have no idea how I did it.
I can't find it in the wiki or search-function.

From the "Layers" tab in the editor, click one of the buttons that look like a page with a green arrow on it -- the one with the arrow pointing down makes a new layer beneath everything, the one pointing up makes a new layer on top of everything.

Oh, thanks. That seems simple enough. :)
I thought the meaning of the arrow was to sort, not to create...
