Advanced Audio Triggers

Get help using Construct 2

Im looking at spicing up a game Ive made, and have had a few ideas. One of them is to use the background music to trigger events. Is there a way to do this in Construct 2? Checking for a certain frequency and then using that to trigger an event?

You can check for a few things to do with audio, I don't think pitch is one of them.

Well, there is the "Audio analyser.capx" example bundled with C2 that you could use/tweak to your needs.
New to Construct ? Where to start

Yeah, Ive been taking a look at that. Im not sure how to pull the data I would need. I was thinking about having certain things triggered by certain sounds. (Like say, drums for example, trigger background changes etc)
