Is it possible to use advance camera on seperate layers to generate a 3d movement effect such as in 2D animations? than in advance

Parallax? You don't need it for that, just change the scroll speed of your layers.

I think he's talking about zooming parallax.

You need to set the zoom rates of your layers. For example, far off layers should have lower zoom rates than closer layers.

1.On the layers palette, select a layer which should scroll/zoom "slower" (usualy on right of screen, if not turn it on via the ribbon bar in the home tab)
2.look to the left and you'll see layer properties; use these to change scroll speeds (tip: only change the ones which end in "Rate" for what you want to do) try putting one at 50, another at 25 etc.
