I like the game play idea, but findout two problems about it and both are about timing.

1- If i skip jumping for a while, astreoid explodes. Its ok, but when i pass 2 spins and get ready to jump in third spin i don't have enough time to make the jump. You should allow me to complete the 3rd spin before i jump and if i go below the origin y axis you may explode that astreoid.

2- Again timing, may be it is just my luck but movements of creatures are repetative. I mean, in the first chance of jump if the monster is blocking those crystals they will block them on 2nd and 3rd spin so there will be no way to collect those crystals. It happens to me four times in different game starts.

Copyright is cheaper than the trademark. Copyright is a $35 filing fee with the government, but if you want to make sure it's done right you can use a company like legal zoom. That may cost an additional $100-200. Or if like me you get their premium business package when forming your company, you get 1 free copyright per month. Though you still have to pay the government fee. For our trademark it cost us over $500 and is a very long process (6 months). But again, it depends on if you want to make sure it is done right, or just wing it and do it yourself.

You automatically have a common law trademark and copyright on your brand and products, but if you federally register them you get instant protection in court. In some cases $100,000 minimum in damages if anyone tries to use or copy your work!

As far as the gameplay tweaks, the version on Clay.io is outdated and I have an updated android version that will be out this week. Thanks for the feedback
