Background missing since update 195 (stable)

Problem Description

Steps to Reproduce Bug

• Step 1 - Uninstalled
• Step 2 - Left over Registry keys removed
• Step 3 - Reboot

Observed Result

Expected Result

____Background viewable in game ____

You need to follow the bug reporting guidelines or this will be closed automatically. No one can help you with the information you have provided, and it's most likely your system or there would be many more reports.

Post a small .capx that shows the problem, then others can test and either prove, or not, whether there is a bug.

This doesn't make sense to me, I don't see how an issue can "propogated throughout all previous versions" since we haven't changed any older versions.

Please follow the bug report guidelines and comprehensively describe the problem with complete steps to reproduce it.
