hey @rexrainbow
I love this plugin! but i have an improvement idea. in my game i want to reduce the cooldown of "fire the weapon" if the player hits an enemey.

like: Bullet on collision with enemey -> reduce Cooldown interval by 1 sec

i would very appreciate if you could tell me how i could handle this or maybie if you want make an update?

i was thinking of setting a instance variable for each player called "CD" and then set the time intervall to player1.CD (= instance variable) but this is neither working, i can only put numbers in there.

cheers!

@ phil

A new action "Action:Set Cooldown remainder time" for your request.

Hey rex,

Thank you for this cool (hahahahaha.) behaviour! I tried your second example and it threw an exception:
Code: Select all
Javascript error!
TypeError: this.call_back_fn is undefined
http://localhost:50001/Rex_TimeLine_plugin.js, line 850 (col 8)

This is likely a bug in Construct 2 or a third party plugin or behavior - please report it to the developer. Subsequent errors will be logged to the console.

I use Release 173 (64bit) on a Windows 7 machine and I tried both Firefox 32.0.3 and Chrome 37. Any Ideas what could cause it?

Edit: Forget it I just got something wrong ; )

Do you have rex's timeline plugin in your project?

This thread is pretty old so not sure if the plugin is still relevant but I get this error when I'm trying to open C2.

@nothyn

Put this behavior into export\html5\behaviors folder, not export\html5\plugin folder.
Or install it by this tool.
