[Behavior] moveto

Hello Rex,
I can't get your moveTo plugin to load. I get the error:
Unable to load plugin:
Found "GetPluginSettings" global, but it is not a function.

This plugin will not be available in the editor.


Thoughts? I have a number of your plugins installed, but this is the one causing me issues.

Puts this moveTo behavior on folder "behaviors" (not "plugins"), or uses this tool to download and install my plugins in a few clicks.

Hi @rexrainbow

is there a way to add a condition or trigger "Is about to hit/reach target"?
So maybe if the platformer has reached about 90% of the total way to set this condition true or trigger it?
The problem is if the player has high speed (and acceleration), it doesn't stop exactly on the target position.

So if target is x = 480 and the player is fast, he will stop on about 490px.
With that trigger I can reduce speed before he hits the target.

I just have to say thank you for this amazing behavior for C2 - it's really easy to work with and takes away a lot hard work and headaches. It should be a standard Construct behavior item. I hope it will be compatible with C3!

Hi rex, love the behavior!

I was curious, is it possible to set the "Remaining Distance" to a variable?
I'm trying to make an event with objects using Moveto, and on collision I want to check how fast the object was going on collision.

Thus creating a sort of pseudo physics event.

Thank you! and if there is a better way to achieve my goal, let me know!
