This one will be also very useful - e.g. for simple ragdolls.

@rexrainbow

Would be cool to include all pinning options like rope style and bar style.

@xoros

Do you mean that the "pin to image point" behavior might have rope style and bar style?

The "pin to offset XY" behavior only set position to related position. The 5 modes of official pin behavior could not set position to related position always, see the sample in document.

Yes I mean "pin to image point" - I guess, it will be simple way of creating a rag doll like behavior without physics

@xoros
"rag doll like behavior" is not easy, it is better to use spriter plugin I guess.

@rexrainbow I'm wondering how I would use this. I have a situation where I'm creating a root object which at start of layout creates a number of pieces relative to the position of the spawner..

I've used containers before in very limited ways and still find them a by mysterious in terms of how they work even when they did work for me :)

http://part12studios.com/temp/FredExTrouble1/ click the green box and you'll see the further right it turns the more off everything is, because the spawn location coordinates are global, not relative..

I just don't know how to give X and Y coordinates relative to another object.. it seems all X and Y coordinates are global.

@rexrainbow this pin to offset plugin is perfect, is there anyway of maintaining the angle with this plugin? When I set angle to match the pinned object, it's not aligning properly, perhaps because it's adjusting the angle AFTER the pin, rather than how the pin object works when matching angles. Is there any way of matching the angle with this as the official pin behavior does?

@Zebbi

Could you provide an example? For example, when master object rotate 30 degree, what does slave (pin object) perform?

It looks as though it correctly rotates, but due to having the angle set independently from the plugin, it seems to be offset horizontally, here's an example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ku0eiisftsxtj ... .capx?dl=0 if yo're missing some plugins, let me know which ones, I can send you them or remove them from the example file.
