Behaviors of canvas plugin to draw a radar chart/line chart/bar/pie/doughnut/polar area chart

API reference, thanks for @Ubivis

Radar chart - Document , sample capx file included.
Line chart - Document , sample capx file included.
Bar chart - Document , sample capx file included.
Pie chart - Document , sample capx file included.
Doughnut chart - Document , sample capx file included.
Polar area chart - Document , sample capx file included.

Tested pass in cocoonJS.

@rexrainbow, This is great....As you are the plugin guru, I need few clarifications, if you could help answer....

1. What are the general advantages of using canvas element than using the <div> or html for displaying charts?
2. Do the canvas rendered charts have better performance or Is the UI richer OR something else?
3. Also could you tell me if this can be achieved using the "c2canvas" id directly or should use a canvas plugin like R0j0hound's canvas plugin?
4. Some insight into your plugin - runtime.js code will help me to learn more about manipulating with canvas features and integration with external SDK's

1.
- html element will be always in front of sprites (canvases).
- mix html might decrease the performance since html element only could run in cpu.
- html element could not be used in some environments, for example, cocoonJS exporter. (Well, this behavior could not run at cocoonJS, I need merge external js file into runtime.js I guess.)

2. yes, canvas will have better performance

3. I build this chart behavior related R0j0hound's canvas plugin. i.e. this is a behavior of R0j0hound's canvas plugin. I don't want to handle the canvas again since I could get it from other plugin.

- Add drawing animation supported
- Merge chart.js into runtime.js, so that it could be used with cocoonJS

Almost done, I would add some actions for runtime configuration.
