Best way to achieve a twinstick

Oh man , The good ol' help section :D

I didn't post for help for years , Oh well ...

So , as the title says , what's the best way to achieve a twinstick controller for mobile , A little demo of what i'n trying to achieve

Twinsticks

The twin stick shouldn't pass the circle and the stick should also always set it's angle to thethumb position even if thethumb is not overlapping the stick ...

@kyatric , I already checked it out and it doesn't meet my requirements ( when the thumb isn't touching the thumbstick , it doesn't move )

I'll help. I'm not at my computer with access to the stuff. But I'll see what I can do later. I did a tutorial to handle this, but it's before the TouchForId so it uses an older model. I have update a CAPX for it, but never updated the tutorial. I'll what I can do shortly.

And have you tried disabling event 5 ?

@kyatric , by bad , it needs to follow the player thumb even if it's not on the thubstick
but not quit the support object , like shown in the example
