An amazing and interesting puzzle game for kids!
• Hi, Lately i've been working with this experimental adventure game. In this game you get to control a small vessel and explore the environment around you, while trying to avoid getting eaten by a spider. Collect spider eggs and bring them back to your base. This is just an alpha stage test without any actual goal(You can't pass the level). Any feedback or suggestions are more than welcome. My plan is to have interesting puzzles to be solved.

• I like it a lot. Very atmospheric. I was hoping to be able to push the flies into the web to distract the spider while I break through his web somewhere else.

So atmospheric! I wouldnt change anything so far. Looking forward to seeing more.

• Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

• I kept this project "Frozen" quite a long time, because I didn't feel like Construct 2 was mature enough for my plans. I've now continued working on it and here's how the project looks now:

• Looking really good :)

• Very cool. Great animations!!!! Looks like there is a lot of cool stuff going on. Good job!

Is the video "processed"? It looks like it might have a few filter effects on it or is this actual gameplay video with no post processing? Does the game have this "film" look (with skips) and Sepia tone? Did you accomplish this using WebGL effects? Great look.

Is there a demo?

• Rory thanks

level1sb Only the beginning and the end of the video has some post processing effects. The actual game has that look as in the video can be seen. I'm only using WebGL to get this special bloom effect. There's puzzles to be solved and a story line to follow. That spider is using dynamic animations(So it would be limping if missing one leg). The other insects are animated in Spriter.

There's no playable demo right now.

VERY COOL!! I'd love to see a tutorial on how you did the dynamic animations. Awesome. Way to go! And great job getting the "look" in game. Looks really good.
