Your app won't run if you don't run chrome in developer mode I believe.

Developer mode: chrome://extensions and use the "Load unpacked extension" option. This is all documented by Google.

I got mine working too but to a novice it was not self evident how to change the physics engine, ie that you go to the 'properties' list at the side of your project in Constuct2 and go down the list to where it says 'physics engine' and you have to click on that and choose 'box 2d web'.
