I asked about the ads service. If you are not using Admob, which one are you using?

Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 (ME173X) The game is barely running, many lags :( but my device is far away from from a top.

oh sorry, im using the admob plugin and admob interestial ads, besides Crosswalk, it also works with the normal Cordova Android build and should also work with the other Cordova Export Options. Admob itself works with Android, iOS and Windows Phone 8. You can also integrate Admob into your Mopub Account and so use Admob in Cocoon build apps. hope that helps you!

the oldest phone i tested on is an Xperia Ray with Android 4.0x, its not perfect but playable
it has some hikups on Lenovo Idea Tablet with 4.4.2 but most times it runs smooth (it freaks a bit if you have the blue pad and the flash bonus item activated->lots of effects and particles)
i was told it runs ok on Samsung S3 and i saw it running perfect on Samsung S5 Mini.
It also runs perfect on Nexus 7 2012 (but on this tablet everything seems to run perfect with Android smaller then Lollipop)

Well, I'll consider choosing the normal android build. I just don't know what's the downside of it. Must be some thing because most of the people choose crosswalk and it is terrible regarding to performance and the download size, so I have this eternal dilemma lol. Do you know why?

the downside is, it runs ob webview while crosswalk apps run on built in chromium. That means its a downside if you have Android version < Lollipop because the webview is based on the Android browser in this versions and only gets updated when you update Android system. You have to try if your game needs that better browser engine tu run like you want it, for example my previous games run well on webview, but this here seems to suffer a lot from it.
I provided an crosswalk build app in the post above, so you can directly compare performance of the two build options.

Tested on HTC Desire 816, it's smooth except the swirl effect. Swirl effect degrades the performance.
