Whatever game you sell that is connected to your Google Play account is going to be transferred to the buyer. Google has a process for this and I suggest you follow it because it's easier and faster in the end.

Whether or not you reskin before or after the sale is entirely up to you. That's more of a business strategy in my opinion that should be considered if the game is in demand. Test it first. Sell one version and then decide based on your feedback whether or not you can make ongoing sales.

You can resell the same game on Flippa multiple times.

@redrocket Thanks for the info.
I have a game published 2-3 years ago with 70k downloads that I want to sell. The first seller will see the popularity of the game and will be happy(ish), but if I transfer it to him, I will also transfer all the stats. Then, If I upload another reskinned game , what game I should show to the 2nd buyer?

There's tremendous value in transferring your game which has comments and ratings. The buyer is saving a lot of time when those things are given to him on a silver platter.

Show the game which you are selling...that's the one the buyer has expressed interest in. I wouldn't even refer to any previous reskinned games you might have sold. It's a distraction to the sale. Keep the focus on the reskinned game which the buyer is responding to.

Zip installs for the paid version thus far. I may try one with ads, but I'm not expecting much from the Amazon store.
If anyone does have some good experience there please share.

If you want to talk about flipping games you should start a new thread.
It may be easier to find for people looking for that information.

to publish an app on google play we have to pay for a developer account. to publish a free app on amazon, do we have to pay for an amazon developer account?

please, those people that have a game on amazon could tell me. thanks.

I was reading on amazon help and do not find any place that says that we have to pay to publish an app there.

Which ad system would you use @newt? I remember reading that Amazon has its own ad network? Would you try to make use of that?
