You'll need to post a stripped down capx. Perhaps you have it set up incorrectly?

I've reviewed our code and can't see any problems, it looks like it should correctly fire 'On purchase failed' in the failure branch of the purchase request. @Burvey is right, you may simply have made a mistake in your events and handled it incorrectly yourself. Closing - we can't address this unless you follow the bug report guidelines (attach a .capx etc).

@hazneliel I've done multiple tests before and this has worked fine.

@hazneliel You need to have logic to handle the on purchase failed. My assumption here is that your logic is simply moving to the next step without handling the purchase failed event. Use a variable to track if they did the purchase, only set the variable to yes if on purchase failed does not get called.

I'm sorry to confir that this Terrible bug is happening to me too.
look at this example:

http://sdrv.ms/LLvtmN

if you cancel the purchase, the "On successful purchase" event is triggered.

I'm using release 158.2 64bit

Make sure you are not in test mode or it will return success...

@hazneliel
Would you be able to show how you handle 'on failed purchase' event in your Mortar Melon? I know you did tutorial but you haven't show how you implemented that event.

It looks like you have implemented it correctly there but some of us run into the same problem.
For me the event 'on successful purchase' event also triggers even if user cancel purchase. Strange is that I've tested in test mode VS2013 and work correctly. Not working in store however.

I've described my issue here:
http://www.scirra.com/forum/windows-8-inapp-purchases-problem_topic87042.html

My Construct 2 events code is there as well.

Regards
E

@Evonevo make sure you have test mode set to FALSE or OFF in construct 2. Or the purchase will always report success.
