Can anyone recommend a Video Editing programs for making...

Ideas and discussion about publishing and distributing your games

A decent Video/Ad for your/my Mobile Game? I've read that games get more attention with a video 'commercial' that's attached to it on the App Stores. I plan on trying to do it myself (already made vids of every Stage), so are there any good programs (free preferred, but any reasonable ones) that will get the job done? Thanks for any recommendations.

1. Lightworks. Just get the trial version, I personally like it more than Sony Vegas. 2. Sony Vegas. You can get it free because yarrr

Windows Movie Maker, not that one that comes with Windows XP. From the Windows Essentials 2012, I've used it for my game trailers.

I also use Lightworks. It's like a paid program, only it is free.

I use Bandicam + Bandicut, and Sony's movie studio platinum on steam if I need more editing. It will cost you about 100$ but after a year of using these tools I think it is well worth it.

Check out Hitfilm 4 Express https://hitfilm.com/express - it's free and very powerful, seems to have a lot less restrictions than some of the other free offerings out there. The workflow is also very good.

Camtasia Studio is quick and easy to make videos. However, if you need something powerful you should try Sony Vegas

+1 on Hitfilm 4 Express.
When it comes to free, this baby has a ton of features that you won't even find in some paid apps. Think of it as an easy-to-use version of AfterEffects and Premiere Pro rolled into one.
