Can I get rid of the text under the game?

Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

Post » Sat Nov 12, 2011 9:36 pm

I have the free version of Construct 2 and I was wondering if the only way to get rid the text under the game is via purchasing the full version. Mostly because that is the only thing that I need from the full version and I don't think 32$ for something like that is fair.

Not true. You simply need to modify the exported Index.html.
Scirra is being very generous with things like this.

I would think that Scirra deserves the recognition for producing such a program, and displaying that text is helping to promote them.
If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.

Tutorial to modify the exported index.html

As zenox said you can remove the link, but consider pluging a link somewhere in your game or modify the link to a better one, that would be thoughtful.

The fact that they do not force you to promote them just makes me want to even more ;)

Scirra, you are awesome.
