Hello.

Simple problem, but i need help.
I've done project from tutorial (Alien hunter). While i testing it - it works in chrome.

localhost:50000

I want to place it in www. And done File -> Export Project -> HTLM5 website.

After i'm opening index.html in chrome and... nothing. Black screen - that's all i see.

Smells like i'm doing something wrong, but that?PPM2014-01-02 15:32:41

You need to upload it to a server. You can't open it locally because of security issues.

Because in cs2 no notification about it and search by "html5 publish" on this site does nothing.

If you want to publish or host something on a webserver, having a basic grasp of how a web server works might come in handy.

The fact construct 2 doesnt explain this is logical ....

Its like, You dont ask the local baker to fix your car, right ?

Here is a solution:

download and install wamp (free, windows apache mysql php) and start it.

Dump the entire exported folder in your c:\wamp\www folder.

Then open a browser and got to: http://localhost/YourExportedGameFolderName
Who dares wins
