Cannot import short sound

Problem Description
When I want to import a very short audio file, it does not import it.
I want to import a .WAW sound, which is about 0,072 seconds long (a click sound) and it's size is about 3 KB. When I click import, I get stuck with the progress bar at the end.

Attach a Capx
No .capx requied.

Description of Capx
No .capx.

Steps to Reproduce Bug

Observed Result
The progress bar gets stuck and the audio is not imported.

Expected Result
The audio should import normally.

Affected Browsers
    Not a browser issue

Operating System and Service Pack
Windows 8.1

Sorry, there's nothing we can do about this. We don't control the audio encoders, and if they hang then that needs to be fixed in the encoder. The AAC encoder has been a little problematic in the past but that one is built-in to Windows, so Microsoft need to fix it :P The workaround is just to pad some silence in to the audio file...
