Can't adjust height of horizontally docked bar

Tried to move and resize the layer bar when suddenly I got a crash of some sort:

Think I've found the reproduction for this, there seems to be a small zone ( less than a pixel I think ) where the editor gets confused between moving a pane and resizing it.

It behaves like it's being moved, but with a resize cursor, until the mouse is released then crashes. Is this the same issue you were having @Jaydon? I will fix this one, but I'd like to know if there's any other edge cases for it.
