Steps to reproduce:
1. integrate this in a Facebook app
2. click on the menu button
3. control the car
4. click outside the canvas
5. click on the button again
6. control the car

Observed result:
You can't control the car anymore after clicking outside the canvas but still able to click the menu button.

Expected result:

I should be able to control the car again.

Browsers affected:
Chrome: yes
Firefox: yes
Internet Explorer: yes

Operating system & service pack:
Windows 7 Windows 8 and Linux Mint
Construct 2 version:
    Release 119msa3sa32013-03-22 10:07:36

Hey Peeps,
Finally we fixed this bug and it wasn't a Construct bug, But I think that they should maybe integrate it or speak about at least :)

With this link you can get the focus back on the canvas but the page will scroll if you use the arrows to control the car. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1829586/how-do-i-give-an-html-canvas-the-keyboard-focus-using-jquery

If you are on Facebook app you can use this to prevent the scroll:

Well it has been discussed in the forums and a quick search would have given you this thread.
