Angle 0: right
Angle 90: bottom...

IMO this is correct because it comes from:
X = R*cos(angle)
Y = R*sin(angle)

Simple, and easy to implement.

For people not that educaded in math it's just more complicated to have it to the right, but hopefully I'll learn all that some time, and then I'll agree with you, so leave the angels as they are.
