How would I change every pixel in my game so it's virtually 2x2 pixels. So I make an object like this:

and when I run the App it looks like this:

Zoom the layout XY to 200%.

Also, change the sampling to Point instead of Linear if you want it to still look like pixel art.

Notice how the sprite isn't just 2x2 pixels when it rotates.

This is one possible solution. The way the zoom is rendered is causing inaccuracies so maybe you can use this method?

It's still not a perfect 2x2 pixel resolution, but it's better than the zoom method. [u:14zeectw]Might need to request a pixel doubling feature or something[/u:14zeectw], as there doesn't seem to be a flawless method (that I can see).
