Hi guys,

I've been working on my first little tester game of a whale. So the scenario is this, whale swimming in water. I need him to jump out of the water but in a lifelike way. Not just moving the sprite up and down. It needs that start at an angle then slowly rotate to normal as it's moving up. If that all makes sense. Just imagine how a fish would look when jumping out of the water but obviously in 2D perspective :P

Anyways here is my game file.

Thanks a lot!

Here is what I came up with - Angle lerping would be preferable but I couldn't pull it off and angelerp() has not been added.

Also, love the idea of the game - I would have never thought to combine a melon and a whale ;)

Siiiiick bro (or brodette)! Thats what I wanted!

Now for some finer tweaks :D Haha thanks, it's not really my final game concept...or maybe it can be :/

Just using the Watermelon whale to learn the program some more :D
Thanks for the fix! Much appreciated!

No problem!
If you want it smoother, talk to @Yann about angle lerping... I tried his method but it did not work out for some reason.
Always happy to help - let us know if you need any more assistance ;)
