Checking variables in same-object collisions?

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Wed May 01, 2013 3:38 am

Hi,

Would it be possible to have something like

If Projectile collides with Projectile
AND
If this projectile's color=white and that projectile's color = black
THEN
Destroy both

In construct 2? I can't figure out how to tell the engine how to refer to this one and that one, and check both variables, and call Destroy on both. Thanks for your help!ChrisAlgoo2013-05-01 12:17:02

I've been digging around, and it seems like it'd have something to do with picking instances, and I'm getting close, but not quite there! It seems like Pick allows you to act on the object picked on the right side, but not read its variables on the left, unless I'm wrong.ChrisAlgoo2013-05-01 12:17:55
