I tried on my Chromebook (bought last January from Google) with no luck. I know you specified the minimum requirement is Google Chrome V.57 but I wanted to let you know that there is no way (that I know of yet) to force this update now.

I guess I can move to a beta channel but it's a lot to ask for normal users right?

Result: no construct3 Beta yet.... sad.

I hope it's usefull informations for you:

Version 56.0.2924.110 (64-bit)
Platform 9000.91.0 (Official Build) stable-channel cyan
ARC Version 3756504
Firmware Google_Cyan.7287.57.100

Your Chromebook is up to date. ( as of Tuesday, March 28, 15h50)

I wish you success. :D

Try this link:

https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html?platform=win64

It is not a Beta version and is what I installed today and is working with C3.

Thank you @lamar :D but I'm using a Chromebook. It's suppose to be always up to date but I guess nothing is perfect. I think I have two choices:
1- waiting for Google to update my update channel
2- moving to the beta or unstable update channel of ChromeOS. I'm not ready to do it.

Maybe there is another way to go. :D I guess I'll have to wait for now.

Well, I would still check your version and make sure you have the latest Chrome 64 on that link because my system auto updates too and was giving me a 32 bit version not 64.

Best of luck!

Yes, I did look, just in case. But ChromeOS doesn't work this way.

Thanks you anyway. I appreciate it

@lapinchatware

Chrome 57 hasn't been completely deployed yet, it hit the stable channel last Friday, just in time for Construct 3. That means that still not everyone has the latest version, but we didn't want to wait anymore to start the Beta period.

Hopefully the update will reach your device during this week.

You might want to take a look at this though

Changing your Chromebook to use the development channel should allow you to get the latest version of Chrome. But I would rather wait a couple of days until the stable version is rolled out to everyone.
