Cocoon js + IAP

So I used In-App Purchase on Google Play (Android) using CocoonJS guide. It's a great guide and helped me a lot setting up my IAP. However When someone purchase the ''ad remover'' it goes away when reinstalling the app.

So someone buys the ad remover, all ads go away. But he decides to reinstall the game or install on a different device. The ads are back and he has to rebuy it. Is this normal? Can I do something to prevent it?

You will need to design a "Restore Purchases" button in game and use the "Restore Purchases" Action under CocoonJS events, but from what I hear, Restore Purchases doesn't work at this moment. So, I think you're lucked out.

CJS Restore Purchase has never worked.

You can still include an Ad Remove, but best as a "bonus" to some consumable thing you are selling. In my game, any consumable in-game purchase also removes Ads as a "bonus". No complaints about it so far, since the wording is pretty clear.

Oh really? Hmm, I guess I have to redesign my iAP for my game then.. I haven't had the chance to test it out yet.

Yeah Ludei now acknowledges there is an issue with restoring purchases but we're still waiting for them to fix it

Thanx for all the responses. My game doesn't have a consumable. What I did was I put it in the description.
So atleast people will know
