We're going to investigate this further shortly and will let you know what we find. We've heard Windows 8 apps should be compatible with the XBox One, so it might be possible.

That sounds pretty cool. Since my first game is aimed at PC, porting it to XB1 should be a no brainer. It seems like a good, easy way to make some more sales. :)

I don't think it would be that easy , as microsoft isn't as indie-friendly as you think ... I don't think they would accept any game that easily

I would love it if we could build through Construct and port to Xbox. I don't see it being that easy though. It's sorta true Windows 8 games will run on Xbox. It still needs to be compiled as a seperate binary from what I understand though. A lot of the APIs, from what I understand (limitied knowledge here) cross between the two platforms, but they still technically aren't interchangeable. Still though, would love the support!!

Very true, however XBOX ONE is supposed to be a lot friendlier to indie developers (A whole lot friendlier) Well that is what they have been saying because developing for XBOX has been a nightmare in the past, and caused lots of frustration.

More and more folks are realizing the power / demand of indie developers, so fingers crossed.
You think you can do these things, but you can't, Nemo!
