Hi,

I have a question regarding construct classic license, i try to search the forum, but i didn't find anything.

Can i create a profit game using construct classic v.1.2 and sell it anywhere i want or i need to buy a license for it.

If the answer is needing a license, so from where i can buy a construct classic license?

construct classic have GPL license. You can sell the games maked by this editor for free.

Thanks Metal_X, i read it but i didn't get it totally. The GPL, plugin license, ... etc, thats why i asked about it, to know if its totally free to use it in creating commercial games or not.

As Ashley says, the editor is GPL, and games maded with it is BSD-licensed.

"However, the runtime is BSD-licensed as of 17th August 2011 (formerly it was also GPL). This means the games you make in Classic are not touched by the GPL license. "
