Copy Previous Collision Poly Crash

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Sprite Editor.
2. Right-click and copy previous collision poly of the first frame (index 0 frame)

Observed result
Crashed. But does not crash if copy a 2nd frame and above.

Expected result
Don't crash and disabled copy option.

Fixed.

The option shouldn't have been available in the first place :) Coming in r17.
