Ok i just purchased this great product, and am trying to get the music to import, i'm using the ogg file MattOglseby - 6.ogg from the pack i got with Construct 2. But it doesn't import the m4a file only the ogg..?

So i have to manually drag the other file in...
This doesn't happen with sound imports only music.. wiered

I'm running
Windows 7
IE 9
Firefox 6.02
I5 Pentium CPU
nVidia GF 240
8 Gig DDR 3

Also have installed kLite Codec Pack about 5 months old.

Any ideas is it just me/my setup or another problem.

This is by design. Transcoding .ogg to .m4a degrades the quality, so it's intended that you import the other .m4a file next to it as well. (You can pick multiple files in the file chooser dialog.)Ashley2011-09-28 15:04:53

Hi. Its an old topic but exactly my problem. Hope it is ok to "revive" it.
I bought the Personal edition and tried to import some sound effects (wav) but in the import dialog it says the file is not in the proper format and cant be converted (yellow ! icon) but its from the official ressourcepack. It says I need Windows 7+ to convert it to AAC but I have Windows 7 64 Bit installed (running 64 Bit STEAM version of Constructor 2).

I looked for new sound drivers but on the ACER (Aspire M3203) website there are no newer drivers (Realtek 6.0.1.5898 from 2009). Can I install other drivers to fix this or are codecs missing I need to install?

/edit: oops, just saw it is in closed bugs. Bl4ckSh33p2013-07-22 22:32:36
