Crash on creating global variables rapidly

Occurs in new empty project, when adding variables rapidly via keyboard shortcuts v, enter, v, enter ect... causes crash:

Does not occur when pacing key presses, nor when pressing v and enter in quick succession and then waiting a bit before the next v. I believe it may have to do with pressing v to add a new variable before the dialogue box for the previous one has faded away.
Mistakes were made.
