Crash or resizing a Particle Editor sprite

1. Open a new file
2. Create a particles object
3. Try to resize the frame here.
Crash occurs every time. However, Crop to resize works absolutely fine.

Fixed. This was affecting any object type with no animations.

The fix will be available in r15.
