Just run through the Ghost Shooter tutorial and you are told to Ctrl-click-drag the Monster to make copies. The Bullet parameters all reset to the default Bullet values, not the values on the object you are dragging from. This is different from C2.

The plot thickens!
I noticed that instance variables' values are also not copied when you use that method, but these values are copied correctly when you use Ctrl+C (Then Construct will tell you the browser won't let you do that and offer you a "copy" button to click) and Ctrl+V.

(Using latest Chrome on a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit)

Note that using ctrl + drag will create a new instance of monster, whereas using using copy and paste will create a new object (monster 2 etc.)

Should be fixed in the next release anyway!
