For example I have snaky road..... how to make custom colussion for that snaky road? :)

he means to put invisible objects along the sides of the snaky road, and make those solid, so they could outline where you needed it to be solid.

alternatively, you could use custom collision masks

multiple objects would probably be more suitable, performance wise, than having a large custom mask (imagining that his graphics aren't tiny, and not tiled). Then again, if your track is composed of square tiled sections, it might be better to do custom masks. It really depends on the size and design of your game.
