They do reply, but expect response on Monday. As zenox98 said, its weekend. I think they have times published somewhere. All my emails were answered business days either same day, or next day.

1-3 work days is considered fast for email support requests for any company, so asking for a 0 work day reply is a bit silly :p.

Oh, you again. The kid that tried to encourage people pirate Scirra software after they gave you a license. You stuck it up on your website which was registered under your name, then whined and threatened to spam or hack this site when they took it down.

You're lucky they didn't ban you. I know I would have.
