Different sprites contain the same object?

Get help using Construct 2

The container system is really great.. though I might be taking the wrong approach.

I have a number of different 'enemies' who all need to contain the same object X. That is, object X needs to follow all the enemies around and die with them etc.

Is this possible?... it seems I can only make One sprite contain Object X..

Sorry if none of the above makes sense.

When you create a sprite, it creates the sprites it contains
So the weapon or whatever will be created along with the character

Yes.. But different enemies need to hold the same sword. And I have to control the framenumber of the swords animation individually.

wiz what about using random animation spawn with sprite variable with copy paste sword in different sprite animation group or you can use image point in the hand. unless if you need certain one to spawn then i have no clue.

I think the best example would be the bullet image point tutorial.
